Unite Resourcing is seeking
three experienced Civil/Electrical Supervisors with either
Civil or Electrical backgrounds to join a leading contractor on a major wind farm project located 100km north of Dalby, Queensland.
This is a
FIFO opportunity from Brisbane ONLY, with direct flights to site. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing work crews, and ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld across large-scale civil and electrical scopes.
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate civil or electrical crews on site
- Ensure project milestones and safety standards are met
- Conduct toolbox talks and maintain site documentation
- Collaborate with project engineers and site management
- Monitor compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Supervisor on major civil or electrical projects
- Current Driver’s License and White Card
- Certificate III in Civil Construction (or relevant trade qualification)
- LV Rescue & CPR Certification
- Wind farm or renewable energy project experience (highly regarded)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- All applicants must be based in QLD
