The role
You'll assist in the planning, coordination and delivery of civil and electrical infrastructure projects, supporting experienced engineers and project managers across all phases of work. This is a hands-on role ideal for a recent engineering graduate or early-career professional ready to gain field and office experience in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, documentation and reporting
• Support engineering and construction activities on site
• Monitor progress, budgets and schedules
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and field teams
• Maintain strong safety and quality standards
• Contribute to project risk assessments and HSE planning

You'll bring

• Recent completion or current study towards an Engineering degree (Civil, Structural, Electrical or Mechanical)
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and other common software tools
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn and proactive approach
• Sound understanding of workplace safety principles
• Current Australian driver's licence and full Australian working rights
• Previous exposure to utilities, power or telecommunications projects will be highly regarded.
