Mount St Benedict College, is a girls high school established by the Sisters of Good Samaritan Education with a community of ten schools across Australia. The College offers holistic Catholic education based on Good Samaritan Benedictine tradition and values including Pax, Hospitality and Stewardship.

The College is looking for applicants to join our Diverse Learning faculty as a permanent full time Head of Department, commencing Term 1 2026. As part of the College strategic plan, we have reimagined the direction of diverse learning within the College.

The Head of Diverse Learning will provide strategic leadership of the College's approach to inclusion, learning diversity and student pathways.

 ESSENTIAL

  • Relevant teaching qualifications.

  • Accredited as a Proficient Teacher in NSW.

  • NESA Registration.

  • Current Working with Children Check.

DESIRABLE

  • Experience and Qualifications in Leadership (or be working towards)

  • An understanding of Good Samaritan Schools Teaching and Learning Framework.

  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment as a member of a team.

  • Previous experience in a senior leadership role.
