Working closely with the Owners you will be providing integral and timely outcomes across accounts payable, receivable and payroll. Your new position: This opportunity is best suited to an experienced professional that has demonstrated skills in managing and delivering accurate and timely outcomes across: - Utilising MYOB Accounts, you will manage the full function Payroll for eleven employees, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable - Manage all soft and hard copies of accounts - Reconciliations - Assist with business cash flow, job profitability and enhancement of business processes - Work closely with the external Accountant while; - Taking responsibility for incoming calls, the opening of work orders and job cards and purchasing Qualities and skills that will deliver success in this role and culture? - Honesty, confidentiality, integrity and transparency in all business dealings - Accurate and organised and committed to delivering great experiences for employees, customers and suppliers - Advanced interpersonal communication skills - Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Skills - MYOB Accounts experience
