About the role

As the Vendor Performance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of service providers engaged under facilities management contracts. As the central point of coordination between operations, client stakeholders, and vendors, you will ensure that service delivery meets contractual obligations, KPIs, and SLAs, while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and enhance relationships with vendors and clients, ensuring timely and outcome-focused communication.
• Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs, delivering accurate and insightful reporting.
• Analyse large datasets to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Promote compliance with contractual, legislative, and company policy requirements.
• Drive health and safety initiatives and ensure a safe working environment across all areas of responsibility.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities or vendor management, with a focus on maintenance services.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and Project.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple service providers across diverse technical disciplines.
• Desirable - Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
