Warehouse & Logistics

  • Keep the warehouse neat, organised, compliant
  • Assist in stock control, labelling, inventory checks
  • Operate forklifts / lifting gear (if licensed)
  • Pack and prepare tools, consumables, equipment for project use
External Properties & Facilities
  • Support maintenance and general labour on Shadbolt external sites
  • Help with equipment setup, relocation, basic repairs
  • Groundskeeping, cleaning, and site upkeep
Health, Safety & Environment
  • Adhere to Shadbolt’s safety systems, policies, procedures
  • Take part in pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, safety inspections
  • Report hazards, near misses, incidents promptly
  • Maintain PPE, cleanliness, and safe work areas
General Duties
  • Assist trades and supervisors with daily operations
  • Participate in training, upskilling, assessments
  • Perform other duties as required within capability
What We’re Looking For
  • Hands-on, reliable “doer” with a strong work ethic
  • Some experience working with tools, in workshop, warehouse, or labouring roles
  • Ability to follow direction, measure, mark out, and perform physically demanding work
  • Forklift / lifting licence is a plus
  • Good safety awareness and willingness to follow procedures
  • Comfortable working across workshop, warehouse, and external sites
Why Join Us?
  • Be part of a respected engineering firm working on major national projects
