The Role:
The Godiva Store Manager is a brand ambassador and leader in delivering enriched experiences for our people and our customers. The Store Manager achieves this by inspiring the team to create the Godiva experience.

This position is responsible for achieving retail sales and profitability targets in accordance with the strategic sales plans, by consistently delivering Godiva’s service and operational standards.

  About You:

• You bring to the table at least 2 years' experience in a retail/hospitality leadership role.

• You are a master organizer with a sharp eye for detail.

• You have a proven track record in driving sales, service, and profitability.

• You have excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

• You can expertly manage stock and rostering for maximum sales and efficiency.

• You thrive in a closely-knit team environment.

• You're a self-starter, thriving under the pressure of a high-growth environment.
