We are a friendly local club with an award-winning restaurant, and a variety of services and activities available for our community, including a brand new space due to open in time for Summer.
Our Duty Managers are responsible for the daily operations of the club and empowering our team to provide personalized, inclusive customer experiences.
You are people-focused, able to lead by example and support a large and diverse team.
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication & time management skills and work well under pressure.
You are comfortable implementing and ensuring team members follow all club policies and government regulation guidelines.
Hospitality and staff management experience required.
Minimum 3-4 years of hospitality experience is required.
Supervisor-level staff management experience is essential.
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification must be held.
Great work/life balance, thanks to a 4-day working week structure.
You will need to be available nights and weekends.
