Pharmacy Assistant – GoGoMed Online Pharmacy
📍 Coburg North, VIC
🕒 Casual position for December–January, with potential for permanent employment
GoGoMed Online Pharmacy is a modern dispensary specialising in medicinal cannabis and telehealth prescription services. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Pharmacy Assistant to join our team over the busy summer period.
This is an on-site role based at our Mill Park pharmacy. The position will start as a casual role for December and January, with the possibility of ongoing permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist pharmacists with dispensing and packing prescriptions
Manage patient orders and data entry accurately
Handle customer enquiries in person, by phone, and email
Maintain stock levels and organise inventory
Support general pharmacy operations and compliance documentation
About You:
Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficient with computers and pharmacy software (experience with Dispense Works or Z Dispense a plus)
Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience preferred
Able to work independently and as part of a small team
