About the roles:
Located across Brisbane and surrounding suburbs, these roles offer full-time and part-time hours, Monday to Friday, with immediate start opportunities. You’ll play an essential part in ensuring smooth financial operations across the business. Depending on your area of expertise, your responsibilities may include but not limited to:
• Accurately process supplier invoices and match purchase orders
• Prepare and execute payment runs (EFT, cheque)
• Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies
• Generate and issue customer invoices
• Allocate payments and reconcile accounts
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding debts
• Assess credit applications and perform credit checks
• Set and review credit limits and manage risk
• Negotiate payment arrangements and escalate overdue accounts
• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legislation
• Prepare payroll reports and respond to employee queries
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare reconciliations (bank, supplier, customer)
• Support ad-hoc finance projects and reporting requirements
About you:
• Proven experience in one or more finance functions (AP, AR, Credit, Payroll)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and coding
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
• Tech-savvy with experience in accounting systems and Excel
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
