Essential Criteria

• Strategic Financial Support – Ability to provide financial analysis and insights to inform organisational strategy and decision-making.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance – Proven experience in preparing accurate reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting Expertise – Skilled in supporting annual budgets, preparing forecasts, and monitoring performance against targets.
• Audit & Risk Management – Knowledge of audit processes, internal controls, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Process Improvement & Collaboration – Demonstrated ability to enhance financial systems and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Accountancy.
• Current membership with CAANZ or CPA, or eligibility to obtain membership
• Proven experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• High integrity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Additional requirements:

• National Crime Check.
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
