- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in civil construction – ideally subdivisions, roads, drainage, or utilities
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, QA, and safety processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
