We represent a boutique law firm renowned for its professionalism, integrity, and exceptional client care, and are looking for someone with legal experience.
The firm is now seeking a
hands-on Legal Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support the Partner and help lead the daily operations.
About the Role This is a
full-time, 5-day-a-week, in-office role based in Melbourne CBD.
You’ll be the go-to person who keeps the office running smoothly — managing everything from front-of-house to workflow coordination, preparation of/typing documents, client communication, debtor management, staff management, and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities - Manage all incoming enquiries, emails, and client correspondence
- Oversee and undertake daily office operations, including preparation of documents, workflow, staff schedules, and administration
- Support the Principal Partner by taking ownership of day-to-day matters so they can focus on clients
- Lead internal communication and ensure a positive team culture
- Drive social media and branding initiatives, coordinating posts, updates, and client engagement
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and professional partners
- Handle document management, filing, and general practice compliance tasks
About You
You’re a confident professional who loves being in control of a busy day. You enjoy managing people, processes, and priorities — and you know how to stay composed under pressure.
You’ll have: - Experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
- High level of proficiency in Office 365, including Word, Excel and Outlook, and OneDrive
