Our client is seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join their car dealership team as a
Customer Service Consultant. In this front-line role, you’ll be the first point of contact for their valued customers, ensuring they feel welcome, informed, and supported throughout their service journey.
Key Responsibilities - Greet customers on arrival and assist with parking and directions.
- Ensure customers are comfortable using lounge facilities, including refreshments, Wi-Fi, and amenities.
- Welcome new car customers and introduce them to the service department.
- Book first inspections at vehicle delivery and explain warranty, service schedules, roadside assist, and Ford Service Price Promise.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online bookings.
- Follow up on parts arrivals, rebook no-show airbag appointments, and maintain accurate records.
- Support internal departments including Service Advisors, Parts, Sales, and Vehicle Delivery.
Skills & Attributes - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- Good technical understanding of vehicles and service schedules (preferred)
- Proficient in DMS, CRM, email, and online booking systems
- Strong time management and task prioritisation
- Customer-first mindset with a professional and approachable manner
Qualifications & Experience - Experience in customer service, hospitality, or call centres preferred
- Willingness to complete annual professional training
- Current Driver's License
