Your Role With Us:

As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide a mix of clinic-based, mobile, and Telehealth services to a sustainable caseload of children and adolescents with disability/developmental delay. You will be empowered to focus on quality, functional outcomes through collaboration with families and our multi-disciplinary team.

We Are Looking For Clinicians Who:

• Are passionate about paediatric speech pathology and committed to evidence-based, family-centred practice.

• Have solid NDIS knowledge and demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, logical thinking, and organisational skills to deliver high-quality, individualised care.

• Are proactive and reliable in independently managing their caseload, meeting deadlines, and adhering to clinic processes.

• Are resilient, solution-oriented team players who are willing to contribute beyond their direct client responsibilities to support the wider clinic.

• Are committed togrowing with the clinic long-term and naturally contribute to our positive and supportive culture.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Accredited Qualification in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Certified Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
