Skillforce Recruitment is seeking an experienced Final Trim Dozer Operator for immediate mobilisation to the RTIO Argyle Mine. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of Australia's most culturally significant mine closure projects, working on reshaping landforms and restoring country.
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in final trim dozer operations (rehab or civil environments)
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Operate CAT D10 & D11 Dozers efficiently and safely
- Use GPS systems (Trimble or Topcon) for precision work
- Conduct daily pre-start checks and maintain equipment
- Deliver high-quality rehabilitation outcomes
- Work collaboratively within a site-based team
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- White Card
- Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug/Alcohol Screen
- Able to provide a National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
- Hold relevant Dozer Operator Tickets
- Rio Tinto Inductions
- $65 per hour - immediate start
