Apply your knowledge and experience in program evaluation methodology to plan and undertake evidence informed evaluations.

The Northern Territory Police Force is a modern, professional organisation committed to effectively performing its duties through well-trained and competent staff, advanced technology, strong governance and efficient use of resources in a safe workplace. The NT Police Force focuses on proactive policing to reduce crime and keep Territorians and their property safe and secure.

As an Evaluation Coordinator in the Research, Evaluation and Monitoring team, you will form part of a small specialist unit within the Governance and Strategy Team. You will contribute to the agency’s objectives by designing, delivering, and supporting robust program evaluations. Highly developed communication, diplomacy and relationship building skills are essential.

Experience in using data analysis software (SPSS, NVivo, and SAS) would be well received.

In return, you will receive a competitive remuneration package inclusive of 12% superannuation, 6 weeks recreation and 3 weeks personal leave, additional 3-day Christmas closedown leave, 17.5% annual leave loading, flexible work options and a supportive leadership team and peer group as you develop a long-term career with the NT Police Force.
