Based at Bald Hills State School site
Our client, a respected company in the demolition and civil sector, is seeking experienced professionals to join their team for asbestos removal projects at the Bald Hills State School site.
This role focuses on safely and effectively removing Asbestos Types A and B materials to ensure the site meets environmental and safety standards. Candidates should have a solid understanding of asbestos handling procedures and relevant safety protocols.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting asbestos removal according to regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines.
- Coordinating with site supervisors and other contractors to maintain project timelines.
- Properly disposing of hazardous materials in line with environmental regulations.
This position offers a chance to work on a meaningful project, contributing to safer environments within educational settings.

Tickets and licenses:
- Drivers License
- Asbestos A or B - Must have removal ticket
- Car
- Construction card
- White Card
Who are we looking for?
Desired skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience working in a labouring/construction/trade role.
- Asbestos removal experience
- General clean up
- Must be able to use tools
- Ability to follow directions and problem solve
- Must be physically fit
- Ability to turn up on time to jobs/worksites
- Reliable
