Bundarra Contracting is seeking experienced All-Round Operators to join our mine site maintenance team in the Goldfields region of WA. You will operate a variety of mobile plant to support surface maintenance activities across our mining sites.

This long-term role offers a stable roster, access to modern facilities, and the chance to work in a safe and supportive environment.

• Operate loaders, graders, excavators, dozers, watercarts, rollers, and bobcats

• Perform haul road grading, drainage maintenance, and general earthworks

• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and promptly report equipment issues

• Adhere to site safety procedures and promote a safety-first culture

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet operational goals

• Proven experience operating a range of mobile plant including loaders, graders, excavators, dozers, watercarts, rollers, and bobcats

• Plant operation tickets preferred

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (HR licence preferred)

• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

• National Police Clearance (issued within 12 months or willingness to obtain)

• Willingness to work FIFO in remote/rural mining conditions

We have further roles available on our ROM crew operating on a 2/1 FIFO roster. Dozer experience is essential for these roles. Please enquire if interested.
