Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a proactive, organised Team Coordinator to support our Brand & Communications team. This role is central to bringing our brand to life through national campaigns, social media, and executive coordination.

What you'll do
As the team's go-to person, you'll keep projects on track and communications flowing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Head Office and Communications team
• Assist with internal and external communications, newsletters, and national campaigns
• Schedule, publish, and monitor content across Workvivo, LinkedIn, and Hootsuite
• Coordinate content approvals, update Asana tasks, and maintain team workflows
• Support social media, draft posts, review engagement, and contribute content ideas
• Manage logistics for meetings and events, including catering, photography, and branded materials
• Maintain accurate filing and document control in SharePoint for reporting and audits

What you'll bring:

• 2-3 years' experience in administration, coordination, or communications support
• Strong organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail
• Confident written and verbal communication
• Experience with or willingness to learn tools like Asana, Workvivo, Hootsuite, SharePoint, Canva, and Microsoft Office
• Professional attitude, curiosity about communications, and interest in brand storytelling
• Adaptability, initiative, and a calm, solution-focused approach
