We’re looking for a driven, experienced Senior Buyers Agent to join our growing team at InvestorMate, a national buyers agency helping clients secure high-performing investment properties across Australia.

This isn’t a cold-calling or chasing-leads kind of gig. Every client you’ll work with has already been qualified, onboarded, and paid their fee, so your energy goes where it counts: finding, negotiating, and securing great deals.

You’ll handle the full buying process end-to-end — from sourcing and due diligence through to negotiation and settlement, while building strong relationships with agents and industry pros to unlock off-market, pre-market, and on-market opportunities before they hit the open world.

• Source & present investment-grade properties aligned to client goals and strategy.

• Run due diligence — comps, yield analysis, growth drivers, and feasibility.

• Negotiate & secure the best deals on behalf of your clients.

• Coordinate everything through to settlement — contracts, finance, and communication.

• Build & nurture relationships with selling agents and property professionals.

• Stay across market movements and share insights that matter to investors.

• Deliver a premium client experience — clear communication, honest advice, and full transparency.

• 1–2+ years’ experience as a Buyers Agent with a strong record of successful acquisitions.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, confident in high-stakes deals.

• Ability to interpret and explain research, data, and cash flow analysis clearly.

• A solid agent and developer network, and the drive to grow it further.

• Professional presence with a genuine, client-first approach.

• NSW Certificate of Registration (minimum).

• Base salary + uncapped commissions (OTE $160K–$200K+).

• Warm, pre-qualified clients, no prospecting, no chasing.
