We’ve partnered with a highly regarded civil contractor to recruit Project Engineers for newly awarded, long-term TMR projects across North Queensland. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for engineers who want stability, development, and exposure to major road infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing - Plan, design, document, and manage daily construction activities.
- Implement and monitor the project program for engineering deliverables.
- Lead and support your team to meet project outcomes efficiently and safely.
- Oversee project resources and ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and the broader project team.
- Ensure all work aligns with QA, Environmental, and Safety Management Plans.
- Complete financial, operational, and survey reporting requirements.
- Promote and maintain a high-standard safety culture.
What You’ll Need - Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience with TMR or other Australian main roads projects is essential.
- Strong understanding of civil construction, design principles, and site delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to drive a safe, compliant, and positive work environment.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic project-based environment.
