HeyTea is seeking passionate and capable Shift Supervisor to help lead the team at our Emporium location. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be actively involved on the shop floor, by setting the tone, supporting team members, and ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer experiences every day.

What You'll Bring:
Experience in a supervisory role within fast food, hospitality, or beverage environments
A passion for excellent customer service and product quality
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Proven ability to support and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting
Advanced bubble tea or barista experience highly regarded
Proficiency with POS, cash handling, and stock control
Understanding of WHS and food safety standards
Availability across rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays
Mandarin-speaking skills are a must
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead by example on shift, coaching and supporting team members in real time
Prepare and serve bubble tea beverages to HeyTea standards
Supervise daily barista operations and uphold hygiene and safety practices
Manage stock levels and minimise waste
Assist with roster planning and ensure adequate shift coverage
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
Mentor and train new staff, supporting their development
Support the Store Manager with operational tasks as required
