Your day-to-day duties will include:
- On-site installation and commissioning of machinery including end-user training
- Attending to planned and preventative maintenance requests
- Providing machinery breakdown and troubleshooting support remotely and in person
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Completing detailed service reports
- Trade/tertiary qualifications – mechanical, electrical etc.
- A current electrical licence (full or restricted) is an advantage but not essential
- Previous experience in machinery service or repair (internal or field based)
- Detail oriented with well-developed fault finding skills including PLC errors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to talk with people at all levels
- Able to travel and work overtime as required, sometimes at short notice
