About the Role:

• Deliver expert advice and support to Project Managers and Administrators to ensure compliance with business processes on Project and Contract Administration matters.

• Manage documentation, data recording, and records for a range of projects including Capital Works, Minor New Works, Repairs and Maintenance, Consultancy, and Recoverable Works.

• Monitor and undertake financial administration to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with cash flow and expenditure targets.

• Mentor and support team members, promoting a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

• Build strong relationships with clients and communicate effectively on project matters.

About You:

• Proven experience in project and contract administration across a range of infrastructure initiatives.

• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with technical teams, client agencies, and stakeholders.

• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial/project management systems.

• A commitment to mentoring others and fostering a positive team culture.

• Excellent time management and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently.
