About us
We're on a mission to create a brighter future, where you can be a change maker at the actual source. We're one of Australia's largest water utilities with over 30% of Victoria's population relying on us for their essential water and sanitation services.
Our award-winning culture fosters an inclusive, collaborative, and flexible environment that enables our people to thrive. Here, you'll be inspired and challenged to grow alongside us.
We're committed to reconciliation and supporting the self-determined role for Traditional Owners/Custodians in water and land management.
The role
To provide technical expertise and subject matter leadership in developing and implementing IoT asset management strategies for critical business functions that utilise the data from IoT devices and sensors (such as digital meters, and other IoT devices). This role maintains, analyses, and continuously improves existing practices, standards, processes, technologies, and procedures to ensure device and data reliability and compliance.
The digital meter systems under your responsibility are vital for accurate customer billing, and you are accountable for ensuring all meters remain healthy and consistently report the necessary data to core systems. Additionally, your oversight of other IoT sensor programs and fleets directly supports the prevention of compliance breaches reportable to regulators and delivers on customer service expectations.
