I’m looking for caring, motivated people to join our aged care team that supports and honours our Elders and community members.

Our focus is on providing culturally safe, person-centred care — where compassion, respect, and connection guide everything we do.

The main position I’m seeking to fill is for a Clinical Care Manager, though I’m also looking for the right people to join us as an Office Coordinator, Client Support Officer, and Carers.

As Clinical Care Manager, you’ll take the lead in overseeing clinical care and ensuring the wellbeing of every client. You’ll guide and support our care team, strengthen clinical systems, and make sure our services meet the highest quality standards — all while upholding the cultural values and respect our Elders deserve.

You’ll:

• Provide strong clinical leadership and mentoring to care staff

• Oversee client care plans, assessments, and documentation

• Ensure compliance with aged care standards and best practice

• Build trusted relationships with clients, families, and healthcare partners

• Foster a positive, culturally safe, and inclusive team environment

You’ll bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Leadership experience in aged or community care

• Strong communication and organisation skills

• A compassionate, professional approach and respect for culture

This is a key leadership role where your voice and vision truly matter.

You’ll keep everything running smoothly - supporting the team with scheduling, communication, and daily operations. You’re the calm, organised presence that keeps our care team connected and supported.

You’ll be the friendly voice and guiding hand for our clients and their families - helping them access services, coordinating support, and making sure they feel heard and cared for every step of the way.

Our carers are at the heart of what we do - providing personal care, social support, and companionship to Elders in their homes. You’ll help each person feel valued, respected, and comfortable in their daily life.
