Are you ready to bring your energy and enthusiasm to X-Golf Launceston?
We are seeking a dynamic Assistance Manager to coordinate and drive our performance and promotional activities both in-store and throughout the local community.
As an Assistant Manager you'll assist the Venue Manager lead and supervise operations at X-Golf Launceston, playing a crucial role in delivering and driving store performance.
X-Golf is Australia's largest indoor golf brand focusing on providing an accurate and reliable golfing experience combined with high level food and beverage service. X-Golf Launceston features 6 state of the art golf simulators and a full bar and kitchen along with a high-end audio-visual setup for music and sports.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests on arrival, setting up simulator bays
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the venue
Serve alcohol and prepare simple food items
Support the Venue Manager in training, supervising, and motivating staff
Assist with event and function coordination
Ensure the venue is presented and operating to the highest standard
Manage cash handling and POS operations
About You
Previous hospitality, events or leadership experience preferred
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) required
Confident working in a fast-paced environment
Great communicator with strong people skills
Flexible availability — must be able to work weekends and public holidays
Interest in golf or social entertainment venues is a bonus, not essential
