We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established engineering team specialising in the design, manufacture, and delivery of electrical switchboard projects. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone with proven project management experience and a strong background in electrical or industrial projects.

- Planning, coordinating, and delivering electrical switchboard projects to scope, time, and budget
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and leading project meetings
- Overseeing compliance with WHS, AS/NZS 61439, and company IMS standards
- Managing project schedules, budgets, variations, and reporting requirements
- Driving quality assurance through testing, inspections, and handover documentation
- Supporting continuous improvement and lessons learned across project delivery
- Experience in switchboard manufacturing or infrastructure projects (must have)
- Proven experience managing electrical or industrial projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Understanding of WHS obligations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
- Ability to work and manage with others as part of a team
- Ability to motivate and support staff across project delivery
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong accuracy, organisational, and computer literacy skills
- Ability to follow processes and procedures while working unsupervised
- Electrical trade or engineering background (desirable)
