As a Senior Psychologist, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist, you'll provide clinical leadership and expert therapeutic care within a community-based addiction service. You'll help shape best-practice interventions, support service improvement, and mentor emerging clinicians. You will:

• Deliver evidence-based assessment, intervention, and evaluation within an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide supervision, education, and guidance to less experienced clinicians and students.
• Lead quality improvement and service development initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve better outcomes for young people and their families.

You are an experienced, compassionate clinician with a passion for working with young people and supporting recovery through collaboration and innovation. You will bring:

• Proven experience delivering complex clinical services in mental health and/or addiction.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to build effective partnerships.

Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services provide inpatient, hospital-based and community mental health and community alcohol and drug services for all age groups across a number of campuses.
