We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor/Foreman to join a team a Tier 2 commercial contractor on an upcoming project in North West Sydney.
Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you'll take ownership of daily site operations, coordinating trades, ensuring quality, safety, and programme are maintained, and driving delivery on-site.
You'll be hands-on and proactive someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering top-tier work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site personnel
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard
- Manage short-term programming and sequencing of trades
- Liaise with project management and engineering teams to resolve site issues
- Enforce and maintain company safety and quality systems
- Lead site meetings and ensure compliance with project documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor in the construction industry, with new build commercial experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Prior experience using both Procore and Hammertech
- Valid construction induction card (White Card) and relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
