We are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our leadership team and oversee day-to-day demolition delivery across multiple residential and commercial sites.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and wants to grow with a company scaling rapidly.
About the RoleAs the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You will work closely with our Operations Manager, operators, truck drivers, subcontractors and clients.
Your role will focus on:
Daily site supervision + quality control
Scheduling + coordinating crews, trucks, and subcontractors
Ensuring compliance with safety, SWMS, and AroFlo documentation
Managing site issues, delays, risks, and variations
Providing updates to the Operations Manager
Ensuring projects run on time and within budget
Maintaining All Cleared’s high-quality standards
This is not a desk-only role. You will be on-site daily.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily site visits (start, mid, and end-of-day checks)
Prepare site for operators: hazards, access, materials, risks
Ensure all documentation and photos are recorded in AroFlo
Oversee demolition methodology and ensure clean, safe execution
Identify hazards, issues, variations or delays early and escalate
Liaise with Operations Manager regarding schedule & job flow
Coordinate truck movements & external subcontractors
Maintain positive relationships with staff, neighbours, and clients
Ensure site handovers meet All Cleared’s high standards
Conduct operator check-ins and support performance development
Experience as a Project Manager / Leading Hand / Site Supervisor
in demolition, civil, earthworks, or constructionStrong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple sites daily
High attention to detail and respect for systems
Calm under pressure and solution-focused
Strong understanding of site safety and demolition processes
Ability to manage operators respectfully and confidently
High personal standards, positive attitude, and willingness to improve
