Synergie Australia is seeking Manufacturing Operators for a renowned confectionery company located in Glynde.
The important parts:
- Afternoon shift: 2:00pm – 10:06pm (5 shifts a week) – $35.85 per hour
- Night shift: 10:00pm - 6:06am (4-5 shifts a week) – $40.54 per hour
- Choose the shift that best suits you

What you will be required to do:
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play an important role in supporting production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Operate within a fast-paced food production and packaging environment
- Complete repetitive tasks and movements safely and efficiently
- Apply and follow food hygiene principles (HACCP)
- Lift up to 20kg as required
- Contribute to a team-focused workplace culture

- Be physically fit and attentive to detail
- Communicate effectively with your team
- Demonstrate commitment to safety and quality
