The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a hands-on, reliable, and self-motivated Handyman / Property Makeover Assistant to join our growing team on a casual or subcontractor basis (ABN required).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys varied, practical work — ideal if you’re seeking part-time hours or a few days' work per week. You’ll play a key role in preparing homes for sale, taking on a wide range of tasks that make a big visual impact.

Typical Tasks Include:

• Installing or replacing basic fixtures (e.g. doors, handles, fittings, minor hardware)

• High-pressure cleaning (driveways, gutters, paths, façades)

• Minor landscaping (weeding, mowing, planting, mulching, clearing garden beds)

• General property clean-ups (rubbish removal, garden tidy-ups, property presentation)

• Repair or replacement of weathered timber elements (decking, fencing, trims)

• Minor repairs, patching, and various small-scale maintenance tasks as required

About You

You’re someone who takes pride in a job well done, enjoys working independently, and approaches tasks with a can-do attitude. This role suits a practical all-rounder, semi-retired tradesperson, or anyone with hands-on experience and solid problem-solving ability.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in general property maintenance or basic trades

• Good time management and problem-solving skills

• Physically fit and confident with manual tasks

• Reliable, self-directed, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

• Reliable transport (essential)

• Basic tools desirable

• Own ABN
