THE ROLE
Experienced Chef De Partie
We're looking for experienced chefs to join our tight-knit kitchen team, lead by head chef Matt Fox and overseen by executive chefs Ben Milgate and Elvis Abrahanowicz.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar grill or open-fire kitchen
Experience working in a high-volume, high-quality restaurant
Passion for traditional cooking techniques – particularly woodfire and charcoal grilling
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team
Clean, efficient work habits and an unwavering commitment to consistency
A calm, focused presence on the grill – especially during the busiest services
