Operating in 5 countries, our client entered the Australian market over 15 years ago and has had an incredible track record in medium - high density developments, and planned communities.
The Role
Working in the Residential Communities and Home Building side of the business, this role will see you working on multiple projects and communities across Sydney. You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering digital campaigns, social media, CRM, and content creation, while also supporting events, collateral, and day-to-day marketing activity to ensure strong engagement and results.
Your Duties
- Play a key role in building brand awareness by creating engaging campaigns, content, and social media storytelling that drives connection with customers
- Deliver and optimise digital marketing activity across social, email, CRM, websites, and SEM/SEO to boost lead generation and enquiry conversion
- Take ownership of CRM platforms to manage campaigns, segmentation, testing, and performance reporting
- Work closely with media and creative agencies, as well as internal teams, to bring campaigns and strategies to life
- Use data, insights, and competitor research to track performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve results
- Support broader marketing activity, including events, collateral, budgets, and day-to-day campaign delivery across the business
- 4+ years Marketing experience in Real Estate or Property
- Demonstrated experience creating and implementing effective social media and communications strategies for business purposes
- Past success in email campaigns, CRM, websites optimisation, and SEM/SEO
- Tertiary qualification(s) in communications, marketing or related discipline preferred
- Be eager, motivated and someone who loves coming up with ideas & implementing
