We are currently recruiting Referral Partners to join and grow our CARE Direct team. This is a part-time role based on generous commission bonuses for successful referral introductions that lead to listings or property management agreements.

As a Referral Partner, your role is to identify and connect property owners - who are considering selling or renting - with our experienced agents. You’ll build and leverage relationships within your personal and professional networks, working closely with our in-house team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.

This is a relationship-focused role ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a professional presence, and a passion for property. You’ll receive ongoing training and support to help you succeed, even if you don’t have a background in real estate.

• Identify and qualify property owners considering selling or renting.

• Make warm introductions to our sales and property management teams.

• Maintain and grow your local network of contacts and prospects.

• Record and report referral activity using provided tools.

• Participate in regular team updates and optional training sessions.
