We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manager our despatch team at our Wetherill Park factory.

This role is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure the efficient, safe, and compliant storage, handling, and distribution of food and beverage products - involving managing staff, coordinating all logistics, maintaining inventory accuracy, developing process workflows and procedures and upholding food safety and quality standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.

FULL TIME position available Monday to Friday between 6:30am to 4:00pm.

ROLES & DUTIES

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, despatch, and stock control.

• Implement and manage efficient systems for product movement to meet production and customer delivery schedules.

• Ensure warehouse layout and workflows support optimal productivity and compliance.

• Maintain and update warehouse documentation, including stock records, delivery logs, and despatch reports.

• Ensure accurate picking and packing of customer orders

• Stock rotation, weekly stocktakes and inventory control - with variance investigation and reporting required

• Ensure quality assurance, inventory control, space management

• Ensure all storage, handling, and transport of food and beverage products comply with HACCP, SQF, and relevant food safety standards

• Maintain a clean and hygienic warehouse environment in compliance with WHS and food safety regulations.

• Participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as required.

• Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

• Manage rostering, performance reviews, and staff development.

• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.

• Work collaboratively with supply chain manager, production, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and efficient workflow.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transport scheduling and supplier liaison.

Essential Selection Criteria:

To be selected for this position you must have:

·       FORKLIFT LICENSE IS REQUIRED

·       EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE IN WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT

·       BE PHYSICALLY ABLE TO PERFORM REQUIRED DUTIES
