Client Coordination & Scheduling
Manage client appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient use of clinician availability and client convenience.
Coordinate intake processes, service requests, and client communications with professionalism and accuracy.
Maintain up-to-date client records and data across scheduling and CRM systems.
Liaise with clinicians to confirm bookings, manage reschedules, and support continuity of care.
Location Leadership & Operational Oversight
Lead and oversee day-to-day client service operations for designated locations or regions.
Ensure local service delivery aligns with company standards and client expectations.
Identify and resolve scheduling or operational challenges in collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.
Continuous Improvement & Growth
Contribute ideas to enhance client experience, scheduling systems, and workflow efficiency.
Participate in team meetings, reporting on scheduling performance and client service outcomes.
