The Role - Process 30–40 customer invoices daily in SAP B1
- Handle payments for local and overseas suppliers
- Manage payroll for a team of 12 staff members
- Reconcile accounts and manage daily bank transactions
- Support the accountant with monthly reports and compliance
- Maintain accurate stock records across three branches
- Order supplies, including stationery and packaging
- Provide general admin support to the branch manager

Skills required: - Skilled in accounts payable, receivable and reconciliations
- Proven ability to manage weekly and fortnightly payroll
- Experienced using SAP B1, with Sybiz highly regarded
- Adept at working with Excel formulas and cost tracking
- Track record of handling supplier and customer accounts
- Capable of working independently with minimal direction
- Comfortable working in a small branch office alongside a close-knit warehouse and management team.
