Saferight is currently seeking experienced and qualified Trainer and Assessor to deliver a range of nationally recognized, general safety courses, earthmoving, 4WD and high-risk courses across our Perth training facilities and on client sites as required.
For the High-Risk Courses, personals with Assessor Accreditation in RB, RI, RA, SB, SI, SA, CO, C6, C2 will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and assess training in line with current industry and regulatory standards
Ensure all training delivery meets ASQA and WorkSafe WA requirements
Complete training documentation and assessment records accurately and promptly
Maintain a safe, professional, and inclusive learning environment
Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities
Essential Requirements:
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent that meets current trainer requirements under ASQA)
Current and relevant licenses/tickets for the classes you wish to deliver
Recent industry experiences relevant to the classes you train
Sound understanding of current compliance requirements in the VET sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel to client sites (if required)
Holding a current Assessor Accreditation (WorkSafe WA) for one or more of the above classes will be considered a strong advantage and may attract higher pay.
