Join our team atCairns Lets Go as a Vehicle Rental Agent! We’re looking for a dedicated individual to ensure our motorhomes are prepared to the highest standards and provide outstanding customer service. This full-time role offers a variety of responsibilities, from vehicle prep and maintenance to customer interaction.
We welcome international workers seeking temporary roles. Please note, we are unable to offer the 88 days required for 417 visas as we are not on the approved specified work industry list. However, we are happy to consider temporary work.
Your Responsibilities:Vehicle Prep & Maintenance: Clean and inspect motorhomes, ensuring they’re ready for hire. Perform minor repairs like fixing cupboard latches and addressing small maintenance issues.
Customer Service: Assist customers with vehicle pick-up and drop-off, ensuring they understand vehicle functions and safety features.
Vehicle Handover: Walk customers through vehicle safety procedures and features, ensuring a smooth rental process.
Quality Control: Inspect motorhomes, address any safety or quality issues, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Additional Duties: Prepare new and used Jayco motorhomes for sale, ensuring they meet quality expectations.
Booking & Administration: Process customer deposits and refunds, and efficiently manage incoming bookings using our computer system.
Experience in vehicle rentals or mechanical work is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and high standards of quality.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to handle maintenance tasks and ensure vehicles are in top condition.
