A long-standing main contractor who specializes in new apartment blocks is seeking an experienced and talented Project manager.
This main contractor specializes in medium spec new build apartment blocks up to 6 levels throughout Melbourne.
They are a small company with long standing relationships with a handful of local Property Developers.
Due to company growth, they require an experienced and talented Project manager with a proven track record of completing apartment blocks.
The successful candidate must have at least 10 years' experience as a Project manager.
This position offers a salary of $200k - $240k
