You’ll manage a well-maintained portfolio of around 1,000 to 1,100 lots across 17 residential buildings, including some high-density sites with over 100 lots each. All buildings have caretakers in place and are supported by long-term management agreements. The portfolio is well-structured, offering a very manageable workload.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own portfolio, thrives in a steady and structured environment, and values quality over quantity.
We’re seeking a confident, proactive, and responsible Body Corporate Manager who takes pride in their work and delivers a high level of customer service. You’ll be someone who:
Works well independently and takes ownership of their portfolio
Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with caretakers and committees
Has experience with or can quickly adapt to StrataMax
Brings a positive, professional, and solutions-focused approach
The role would suit someone coming from a similar environment or ready to step up into a more autonomous and rewarding position.
