We are currently looking for a Property Manager to join our successful team working across the city of Casey.
A core aspect of the role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and landlords and grow the number and quality of properties under management - whilst always providing first class service to our customers.
Our ideal candidate will have proven Property Management experience, as well as the ability to be comfortable working in a high energy, multitasking position.
The successful candidate will also offer the following:
- A current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Knowledge of PropertyMe and Inspection Express are preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills
- The ability to take initiative
- A positive, outgoing attitude
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence
- A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
