As Clinical Care Manager, you’ll lead and support our care team, ensuring the safe delivery of clinical and personal care in line with Aged Care Quality Standards. You’ll work closely with the Operations team to manage clinical systems, mentor staff and champion continuous improvement across the service.
Your leadership will help create a culture where residents feel valued, staff feel supported and care is guided by compassion, excellence, and respect for culture.
What You’ll Do
Lead the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care for all residents
Oversee care plans, clinical assessments and AN-ACC documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Mentor, coach and support staff to build skills and confidence
Manage clinical systems including medication, wound, and infection control
Monitor and report on key clinical indicators and quality outcomes
Support admissions, resident reviews and communication with families and health partners
Promote a culture of learning, teamwork and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with aged care standards, workplace safety and co-operative policies
What You’ll Bring
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience in residential aged care leadership and compliance
Strong clinical skills and understanding of Aged Care Quality & Safety Standards
Ability to coach, mentor and motivate a multidisciplinary care team
Excellent communication, problem-solving and reporting skills
Commitment to culturally safe, inclusive and person-centred care
Understanding and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, values and community connections
Computer literacy, ideally including AutumnCare and Microsoft Office
