Dynamic Seaforth agency seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our property management team. Must have local knowledge, and a minimum of 3 years property management experience!
We are looking to grow our rental portfolio we are looking for an experienced third property manager to oversee part of our portfolio of 150 properties with a view to grow.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
As an enthusiastic self starter you need to think ahead and anticipate future needs. You will be dealing with a wide range of clients so will need to be articulate, educated and a great company ambassador. Good presentation and a cheerful demeanour are important.
Passionate, motivated and a strong and supportive team player whilst being able to operate autonomously.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Ideally you will have worked in a busy, fast paced, real estate agency.

Experience with Property Tree is preferred.
