Boilermaker / Fabricator - Workshop
$60/hr Flat Rate | Temp-to-Perm | Ongoing Local Projects | Immediate Start
CrewSELECT are seeking Boilermakers / Fabricators to join a well-established fabrication workshop supporting construction and resource sector projects throughout WA. With a strong pipeline of secured work across 2025-2026, these roles offer stability, excellent conditions, and the chance to work within a skilled and supportive team.
What's on Offer:
$60/hr flat rate (no penalties)
Fremantle & Southern Suburbs location - metro-based work
Full-time hours with consistent 45-50 hr weeks

Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate, assemble, and tack weld heavy steel components to construction and engineering standards
Read and accurately interpret structural and fabrication drawings
Work autonomously or as part of a small project team to meet deadlines and quality requirements
Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all OH&S procedures
Communicate effectively with the workshop foreman and peers to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
Cert III in Heavy Fabrication (Boilermaker) - Heavy fabrication trade certificate essential
Proven fabrication and welding experience - structural steel experience highly regarded but not essential
Ability to read and work from detailed drawings
Must supply your own tools
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Punctual, reliable, and committed to producing quality work
Freshly qualified boilermakers are encouraged to apply-training and support will be provided for the right candidates
