• Initiative, energy, and a sense of humour

• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration, support, and idea-sharing

• ACECQA approved Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education

• A current Working with Children's Check

• A current Police Check

• Current certifications in Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid, or a willingness to obtain them

• A deep understanding of diversity and a commitment to inclusion and acceptance

• Australian working rights
