Smart Moves Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Administrative Support Officer to provide essential support to our allied health team working with people with disability.
In this predominantly working from home role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring participants, families, and referrers experience seamless, high-quality service from start to finish. You’ll handle a variety of administrative and coordination tasks that help our clinicians focus on what they do best — supporting clients to reach their goals.

Coordinate participant onboarding and manage referral entry with accuracy and care.
Manage school and community bookings, and keep contact and organisation lists current.
Prepare and maintain service agreements, funding checks and related documentation.

Process risk assessments, incident reports and feedback surveys in line with policy.
Monitor shared inboxes, triage enquiries and assist with CanYou clearances and follow-ups.
Provide efficient administrative support to the Business Manager and allied health team.
Assist with monthly data entry and reporting for executive review.
Contribute to risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Positive, professional and passionate about supporting person-centred services for people with disability.Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Confident communicator who enjoys supporting a collaborative team environment.
Previous experience in administration within allied health, NDIS, or community/disability services is advantageous but not essential.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe and client management systems.
